E.F. began his career as a Real Estate Investor by launching G.P.A. Incorporated in Los Angeles, California in 1st Quarter 2004 with offices headquartered in Minden, NV. Since then, E.F. sharpened his skills as a business entrepreneur and started an online boutique business within a niche market 1st quarter 2006. Then followed his financial services business in 3rd Quarter 2006. By 3rd Quarter 2008, E.F. began day-trading the stock market, and shortly thereafter founded Your Financial Education: SmartPeopleSmartMoney.com. And Today he is helping others further their view of estate planning, capital growth and asset protection by using various asset vehicles including real estate, stocks and other means.
E.F. almost earned a Bachelor's degree from Dominguez State University with a concentration in Mass Communications. He stopped short of the written exit exam, for he figures a mere piece of paper cannot hold the sum of his scholastic career / experience. Yet he's continued his academic pursuits by hands-on experience in the fields of people, places and things such as money, property and the ideas of "rich," "freedom" and "happiness."
E.F. is active in a number of professional and social organizations including L.A.C.C., The Publican Council, Captain Bob's Sailing Club, EyeCaptureYou and various other non-chartered organizations. E.F. looks forward to serving every client with respect and integrity. He provides independent financial analysis in addition to investment opportunities.
